Obenan puts real customer questions to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, records the answers with their sources and scores them on three measures.
Recognition
“Do you know this brand?” Does the assistant remember your basic facts? Do your founding year, number of branches, headquarters or brand spelling contradict each other from one assistant to the next?
Discoverability
“What's the best … in my city?” Does it recommend you for a category question, where do you appear on the list, and which competitor is recommended instead of you?
Reputation
“Is … trustworthy?” Is the answer positive or mixed? Does the assistant describe you through your highly rated branches, or through unanswered threads on complaint sites?
What is the assistant's answer based on?
Before recommending a brand, AI weighs its sources. Obenan evaluates the evidence behind each answer in four dimensions; the picture we see most often: plenty of sources, but they don't agree.
Source coverage
Can the assistant find enough sources about you: maps, directories, review sites, your website?
Source consistency
Do the sources say the same thing? When name, address, phone, category and company details conflict, trust drops.
Review strength
Are your review count, rating and response rate enough for a recommendation? Few, unanswered reviews mean a weak signal.
Freshness
How fresh are the information and reviews? Old photos, archived posts and two-year-old reviews give the impression that nobody is managing it.

ObiGEO tracks what AI assistants say about your brand, finds the source of wrong information and follows up until the correction is complete.
Ask and measure
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are asked regularly: “Do you know this brand?”, “Which branch should I go to in Ankara for …?”, “What time does the branch close?” Results are tracked by city and by branch.

Every source the assistant cites is compared with your verified data. We identify where the wrong information comes from and who will correct it.

Publish and verify
The correct information is published as an information page that assistants read, plus llms.txt, agent.json and schema.org data. We then check whether the assistant repeats the correct facts.
