What is Obenan?
Obenan is an AI-based system that continuously manages the digital presence of businesses with physical locations on their behalf. It keeps your business information accurate and up to date on more than 100 channels, manages your reviews, and publishes your data so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini can read it. Brands like Le Pain Quotidien, Nusr-Et and Penti use Obenan.
What is Brandmentor's role?
Brandmentor is Obenan's Premium Partner for Türkiye. We handle sales, setup, channel connections, support in Turkish and strategic consulting. Your point of contact is our local team.
Which channels do you provide visibility on?
Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing, Instagram, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Foursquare, Waze, HERE, TomTom and more than 80 directories. Plus the structured data read by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Which fields can be updated depends on the channel.
Are reviews answered automatically?
However you prefer. Obenan drafts replies in your brand's voice. They can be published after your approval, or sent automatically under rules you set (for example, 4–5 star reviews).
Is it right for a single-location business?
Yes. Single-location businesses that depend on customers finding them also benefit greatly from Obenan. It isn't suitable, however, for online-only e-commerce businesses without a physical address.
Do you guarantee the top spot on Google or in AI?
No, and don't trust anyone who promises it. Obenan doesn't control Google, Apple or any AI system. What we do is make your side accurate, up to date and readable, so your chances of being chosen are as high as possible.
What's in the free AI visibility report?
Real customer questions about your brand are put to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. The report covers recognition, discoverability and reputation results, the strength of the sources the answers rely on, the competitors recommended instead of you, and a prioritized list of fixes. What is ObiGEO?
ObiGEO is the layer of Obenan that doesn't just measure AI visibility but carries out the fixes: it asks assistants questions regularly, finds the source of wrong information, makes the fix or puts it to you for approval, and publishes the correct information through llms.txt, agent.json and schema.org data to verify the result.
Who approves the changes?
You do. Obenan makes routine corrections; anything that needs a decision, like closing a branch or a reply policy, comes to you for approval. You can see at any time what has changed and what's awaiting approval.
What are Local Pages?
An always-up-to-date page generated automatically from location data for each of your branches. It holds the name, address, map, opening hours, phone, services and promotions, and serves as a verified official source for AI assistants.
